Epoxy
West System Marine Epoxy - 105 epoxy resin, 207 special coating hardener, 407 low-density fairing filler (for filling nail holes and fairing), 406 Colloidal Silica (for scarfing and bonding)
West System is a brand name for marine epoxy. West System products include the base resin, several hardeners with differing properties, fillers, and supplies. Modern wood boats, built with epoxy resin systems, are now more durable and require less maintenance.
